Desarrollo Cient\u00edfico y Tecnol\u00f3gico (FONDOCYT)\u00a0en su convocatoria del 2023, reconociendo su relevancia para el desarrollo social y cient\u00edfico de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n<p>Busca comprender c\u00f3mo ocupar posiciones de liderazgo y c\u00f3mo el matrimonio, como un contexto de poder en las relaciones personales, interact\u00faa e impacta en la\u00a0salud mental y el bienestar\u00a0de las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>Se consideran mujeres en diferentes etapas de su desarrollo profesional, as\u00ed como diversas din\u00e1micas maritales que incluyen Equidad puertas adentro\u201d, organizada por la Vicerrector\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n en conjunto con Estudios Generales.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro permiti\u00f3 compartir aspectos del proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n financiado por FONDOCyT, titulado \u201cEl Precio del \u00c9xito\u201d, liderado por la Vicerrectora de Investigaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n, Dra. A\u00edda Menc\u00eda-Ripley, y la directora del Instituto de Neurociencias Aplicadas (NEUROLAB). Este proyecto analiza la salud mental y el bienestar de mujeres l\u00edderes en relaci\u00f3n con su liderazgo laboral y la distribuci\u00f3n equitativa de las tareas del hogar.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el encuentro reflexionamos sobre el poder marital, las din\u00e1micas de toma de decisiones dentro de la pareja y su relaci\u00f3n con la salud mental y el liderazgo femenino.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de
